The prime concept in this painting was the ability to manipulate the symbol, give it a different meaning when compulsion called you to.

the canvas is actually made up of 8 canvases, each with a quater circle in its corner with the center of the circle using the corner as a centrer point.

The canvases can be re-arranged to form new symbols or patterns, thus creating new meaning in its form. The painting no longer takes on the single meaning, or the one form, but many forms.

the separate canvases are all held together at the rear by clips i made. For now they are permanently fixed, but im making the proper clips which are removable very soon.
